Mini Spring Banner Project Complete

I found the cutest download of a Mini Spring Easter Banner...
So here's what I did with it:

First, I took my Birthday Cake Plate & decided it needed a make-over for EASTER.
So I cut out a large round circle of Scrapbooking Paper that I had on hand.....

So after the Birthday was temporarily covered with doubled tape, I start working on the MINI BANNER

and I think I am fairly happy with the end results:

My Cupcake Tree will sit on top filled with little Flowered Cupcakes~ Coming soon :O)
